Our standard
We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We consider the site partially conformant: we have worked through the checks below, but the site has not yet had a full independent audit, so some parts may not meet the standard.
What we have done
- every page has a single main heading, the page language is set, and a “Skip to content” link lets keyboard users bypass the menu;
- form fields, including the property search filters, have labels that screen readers announce;
- links and buttons have text names, including the logo, the mobile menu button and the social media icons;
- text colours were checked against the WCAG AA contrast ratio, and links, buttons and fields show a visible focus indicator;
- pages reflow to fit narrow screens and browser zoom up to 200% without scrolling sideways;
- images that carry information have text alternatives, and the photos in each listing’s gallery are labelled with the property address.
Known limitations
- Search field labels on the property search bar are read out by screen readers, but on screen the fields show their purpose as placeholder text rather than a separate label.
- Listing photos and descriptions come from the MLS and listing brokers. Photos rarely include detailed descriptions of what they show.
- Virtual tours are provided by third parties such as Matterport and may not be fully accessible.
- The client reviews widget is supplied by Trustindex, and we cannot change all of its markup.
If any listing, document or feature is hard to use, Brad will gladly give you the same information by phone or email, or in another format.

How this statement was prepared
This statement was written when the site was rebuilt in November 2026. Every page template was checked with automated contrast, heading, label, link-name and image checks, at desktop, phone and 200% zoom sizes, and the header, menu and property search were checked with a keyboard. We have not yet tested every page with a screen reader or had the site reviewed by an independent accessibility specialist. We will review this statement at least once a year and whenever the site changes significantly.
