This policy explains what personal information Brad Gandel, REALTOR® (CA DRE# 01930234), a salesperson with Pinnacle Estate Properties, Inc. (CA DRE# 00905345) collects through this website, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Brad Gandel and Pinnacle Estate Properties, Inc.
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry, ask about a property, request a showing or a home valuation, or contact us, we collect what you enter in the form:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- your message, and what you are interested in (for example buying, selling or a valuation);
- the property or address your request concerns, and your timeline if you give one.
We use it to reply to you and to provide the real estate services you ask for. Enquiries are emailed to Brad and stored in the website’s password-protected administration area.
Phone calls, text messages and email
If you give us your phone number, Brad may call or text you to answer your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or tell us by phone or email. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
If we send you follow-up email, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honour unsubscribe requests promptly.
Information collected automatically
- Abuse protection. To stop automated copying of listings and spam, the site counts requests per visitor. Your IP address is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, and for no longer than a day.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of the request) for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It may use cookies or similar browser storage that are needed for the site to work, for example to remember that a menu is open.
Companies that receive information when you browse
Some content is loaded directly from other companies’ servers. When your browser fetches it, those companies receive your IP address and browser details, and they may collect information about your visits to this and other websites over time under their own privacy policies:
- FBS (the Spark® platform) supplies listing data and serves listing photos, under the FBS Privacy Policy.
- Source MLS may show a verification badge on listing pages, which records that the page was viewed.
- Trustindex supplies the client reviews widget, and Google serves reviewers’ profile photos.
- Matterport or other tour providers supply virtual tours, only on listings that have one.
- Cloudflare checks that our forms are sent by a person rather than an automated program (Cloudflare Turnstile). On pages with a form, and on the login page, your browser sends Cloudflare technical information such as your IP address and browser details, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Links and share buttons for Facebook, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Zillow, Yelp, Realtor.com and other sites contact those services only if you click them.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it only:
- to Pinnacle Estate Properties, Inc., the brokerage Brad works under, which supervises his real estate activity;
- to service providers that host and maintain the website and deliver email for us, who may use it only to provide those services;
- to others involved in your transaction when you ask us to, such as a lender, escrow or title officer, inspector or the other party’s agent;
- when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
California “Shine the Light”. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet real estate record-keeping obligations, then deleted. We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections and restricted access to the administration area, but no website can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, using the contact details below. We will confirm your request and respond within 45 days. If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, you also have the rights it gives, including the right to know, delete and correct your information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Do Not Track. Because the site does not track visitors across other websites, it does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals or similar mechanisms.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will also note it on the home page for 30 days.
